[HCMC] Workshop on Suggestions to the Revised Civil Code Project

The presentations and comments focused on the basic principles of law, such as :

• The legal status of the Civil Code;

• Structural problem of the Civil Code;

• Personal rights;

• The subject of civil legal relations;

• Processing of ownership;

• Obligations and Contracts;

• Compensation for damages outside the contract;

• Mode of inheritance; and

• Civil relations involving foreign elements.
